What material are your banners made from?
Standard banners use 13 oz vinyl — the industry standard for most indoor and outdoor applications. Double-sided banners use 15 oz vinyl for added durability and opacity.
Are grommets included?
Yes — all banners include FREE hemmed edges and grommets every 2 feet around the perimeter. No extra charge.
Can I use my banner outdoors?
Absolutely. All TMB banners are waterproof, UV resistant, and fade resistant — built for outdoor use. They hold up in rain, sun, and wind.
What are pole pockets?
A pole pocket is a sewn sleeve along the edge of the banner that a pole or rod slides through. Great for hanging banners on fences, between poles, or on display stands.
What are wind slits?
Wind slits are small cuts in the banner that allow wind to pass through, reducing stress on the banner and mounting hardware. Recommended for outdoor banners in windy areas.
What file format should I submit?
PDF, AI, or EPS are preferred. PNG and TIFF are also accepted at 150 DPI at final print size (banners are viewed from a distance). Convert all fonts to outlines before saving.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available — contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
What is the maximum size you can print?
We can print banners up to 10 feet (120") in any dimension on our standard equipment. Banners larger than 10 feet in either dimension require a custom freight quote.
Do you offer design services?
Yes — select "Have TMB Design My Banner" during checkout. Simple banner design starts at $50. Complex layouts or custom illustrations are quoted separately.
